The "Exhauster Systems" , the heart of the gas handling process. They are essentially industrial-grade fans or compressors, but their role is far more complex than just moving gases. Robust and efficient gas handling systems designed to manage and extract process gases in coke oven and by-product plants.

- The exhausters are single-cylinder, two-stage units with suction on one side.
- The system delivers a powerful flow, with a capacity between 450 and 1380 m³/min.
- The exhauster’s case is constructed from cast iron and can be split both horizontally and vertically.
- The gas flow path is formed by two impellers on a single shaft, along with diffusers and guiding vanes, while labyrinth seals separate the compression stages. The unit is driven by an asynchronous motor.
- These exhausters come with a shaft-turning gear as a standard feature.

DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

- Sealing: Labyrinth seals between compression stages to prevent gas leakage.
- Drive: Powered by HT motors ensuring consistent performance.
- Suction & Delivery: Downward-turned nozzles facilitate smooth gas intake and discharge.
